The Building INTERNATIONALisation (B-International) project aims to provide staff at universities in Pakistan with a framework by which to implement international strategies that support the wider aims of the universities and to provide staff with knowledge and practical tools to implement international activities that support the strategic aim of both the university and the wider higher education sector.
The project, therefore, examines traditional components of internationalization such as mobility, TNE, and international research but also includes more contemporary concepts such as developing international campuses that explore the wide tapestry of international cultures. As part of Work Package 7 (WP-7): Quality, Mr. Carlos Machado, B-International Project External Evaluator from Switzerland, visited COMSATS University Islamabad on October 18, 2023, in order to fully evaluate the project and its objectives and outputs.
Mr. Carlos called on the Rector, CUI, to discuss matters related to internationalization and wider opportunities across the globe.
